Gillingham promoted to Edinburgh role

Holly Gillingham is moving to the Edinburgh office of property consultancy CBRE UK as a result of a promotion.

Gillingham has been working as an assistant planner in the London office of the company since August last year, and will now become a planner.

She joined the firm following a spell at rival consultancy Strutt & Parker in Morpeth, where she worked as an assistant planner while studying.

She has also worked as an intern in Illinois, USA and as an assistant planner for Transport for London, where she dealt with projects including Crossrail, the Northern Line extension, the Croydon masterplan and the Thames Tideway Tunnel .

Gillingham has a postgraduate diploma in planning and a certificate in planning practice from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, where she also completed a bachelor’s degree in town planning.
