Gerald Eve boosts planning team

Property consultants Gerald Eve has strengthened its planning and development team with four new appointments.

Leonie Oliva (pictured) has been recruited as a partner. Oliva moves from consultancy Brunel Planning where she was a consultant.

In addition, Harman Sond and Sam Neal join as senior planning consultants. Sond joins from property firm Cushman & Wakefield and Neal from property consultancy Montagu Evans.

Finally, Tom Eyres has joined as a planning consultant. Eyres most recently worked at consultancy Bidwells.
