Forshaw joins Leith Planning Group

David Forshaw has joined Lancashire consultancy Leith Planning Group as group planning director.

Forshaw has joined from investment management firm the Northern Trust Company where he was a senior planning manager. He has previously worked at local authorities including Preston City Council and Fylde Borough Council.
