Flint joins CBRE in Manchester

Fiona Flint CBREProperty consultancy CBRE has appointed Fiona Flint as a senior planner in its Manchester office.

Flint has moved from rival consultancy Savills, where she rose from graduate planner to planner.

Her appointment comes as part of an expansion drive by CBRE in the north of England following a number of new instructions.

Prior to joining Savills, Flint worked for a year as a Planning Aid for Scotland volunteer.

She has master's degrees in geography and city planning and regeneration from the University of Glasgow.

CBRE has also made a number of promotions in its North West team. Harry Bolton takes up a role as director, Emma Warren becomes associate director and Edward Harvey will now be a senior planner.
