Fisher German announces Chester appointment

Consultancy Fisher German has expanded its regional planning team with a new appointment in Chester.
According to the firm, Nial Casselden, who joins as a planner, has almost 18 years’ experience in local authority planning and moves from Cheshire West and Chester Council.
He will work on a range of projects spanning the residential, commercial and agricultural sectors, Fisher German said.
