Tunbridge Wells-based planning consultancy Kember Loudon Williams is looking to expand its team to handle an upturn in workloads from sectors including aviation.

Partner Martin Hull (pictured) told Planning: “The upturn in the economy has fed directly into our business growth and we need to expand. We currently employ seven chartered town planners.”

The firm is looking to recruit a senior or associate planner.

“We are looking to add one or two senior or associate planners to the team to focus on housing, land remediation and aviation planning,” said Hull.

“The latter has picked up with the economy and we are seeing more applications involving new and existing airfields.”
