Expansion continues at new NLP office

Nathaniel Lichfield & Partners (NLP) has expanded its recently-opened Thames Valley office with a new senior appointment.

Mark Schmull (pictured) becomes an associate director and previously worked for Hives Planning in Reading before it was taken over by national consultancy Smiths Gore.

NLP opened its Thames Valley office this January and is bringing forward several housing and mixed-use developments.

Senior director Daniel Lampard told Planning: “Mark's experience with private and public sector clients ranges from large-scale urban extensions, turbine and solar farms to a rural promotion schemes.

“He has taken a leading role in community participation and stakeholder groups in the promotion of development.”
