Environmental consultant joins CBRE

Patrick Little has joined the environmental planning and assessment team at property consultancy CBRE as an environmental consultant.

Little will work in London, advising clients on obtaining environmental consents as part of the planning process, including environmental impact assessments.

He joins the firm from environmental advice firm Envirocentre in Glasgow, where he worked  as a consultant.

Little told Planning: “I have worked for small firms and a medium sized firm, and now I am working for a large one, and I am looking forward to getting the chance to work on some higher profile projects.”

He said he was working with clients including housebuilders, local authorities and marina operators.

Little graduated with a BSc in environmental geoscience from Bristol University in 2006, and gained a masters in water resources management from the University of Southampton in 2009.

He also previously worked for engineering consultancy Adrian Laycock.
