Edgeplan hires new planning associate

Planning consultant Edgeplan has appointed James Berggren as a planning associate. Berggren will be based in Manchester and will work predominantly across the north of England.

Berggren joins from his previous role as an associate at property consultancy Avison Young where he spent four years. Berggren has 15 years of experience in town planning, also working as a consultant at Sedgwick Associates and a planning officer at Bolton Council.

He has been involved with projects including the College of Medical Sciences at Royal Bolton Hospital and the Moxy Hotel at Birmingham’s NEC.
