ECA appoints associate planner

Catherine Bartlett ECA

Catherine Bartlett has been appointed associate planner at consultancy Edwards Covell Architecture and Planning (ECA).

Bartlett joins the practice from planning consultancy Tanner and Tilley, where she had a similar role.

She will work on preparing planning applications and appeals in addition to delivering masterplans and community engagement programmes.

The role will involve a focus on community work in association with the Poole Quays Forum Neighbourhood Plan which ECA has been working on.

Bartlett previously worked as a planning assistant at Christchurch Borough Council and has a masters in spatial planning from Oxford Brookes University.

She also performed voluntary work for Planning Aid prior to her first job.

Bartlett gained an undergraduate degree in geography from Queens University Belfast.
