DLP Planning announces appointments and promotions

Consultancy DLP Planning has announced a series of appointments and promotions across the company.

Frances Young has been appointed as planning director at DLP’s London office, in Clerkenwell. Young joins from consultancy Lichfields where she was an associate director.

Jonathan Goodall (pictured) has joined the firm’s strategic planning research unit as an associate director. Goodall, who joins from consultancy Troy Planning, will be based at the practice’s Bedford and London offices.

Daniel Jones, meanwhile, has been appointed as a planner in the firm’s Bedford office. He joins from consultancy Aitchison Rafferty.

John Wilbraham has been appointed as a senior planner and joins the firm’s Rugby office from Warwick District Council.

Stuart Howden joins the firm’s Sheffield office from Cherwell District Council as a senior planner.  

In Sheffield, Kirsten Ward has been appointed as an associate planner. She joins from consultancy ARUP.  

In addition, also in Sheffield, Emma Rain has been promoted to senior planner, and Sarah Wills has been promoted to associate director.
