David Lock Associates has appointed an associate planner and a new graduate planner.
The consultancy said that Adam Davies has been appointed as an associate planner. He moves from Central Bedfordshire Council’s major applications team.
Meanwhile, Colette Portway has joined the firm as a graduate planner from Cardiff University.
