Caroline Baker, head of Cushman & Wakefield’s Manchester office, has taken over as head of the north of England. Baker replaces Tim Cameron-Jones, who is leaving the real estate firm to undertake his own consultancy work.

Baker will oversee operations across Cushman & Wakefield’s three northern offices in Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle. She will continue to be based in Manchester working predominantly with existing North West clients.

Baker was appointed as head of the Manchester office in April 2018, and has been with the firm since September 1996. Prior to this, she spent three years with Milton Keynes-based planning consultancy David Lock Associates.
