Paul BuckleyThe Kent branch of countryside charity the Campaign to Protect Rural England (CPRE) has appointed two planners.

Jillian Barr has joined as a planner from Maidstone Borough council and Paul Buckley (pictured) came out of retirement to become a senior planner. He is a former senior planner at Dartford Borough Council.

Buckley told Planning: “The organisation has increased planning capacity because of the number of applications coming through in Kent.”
