RBKC resizeThe Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea has appointed a new planning policy team leader to help see it through a review of its core strategy.

Rob Krzyszowski becomes the new planning policy team leader and will help look at reviews on basements, conservation and design, and housing and enterprise in the coming months.

Krzyszowski, who was a deputy team leader for London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, told Planning: “The council is undertaking a partial review of its core strategy.

“It's a busy time, as we are improving and adopting new policies. Coming from a neighbouring borough there's a fair amount of crossover, for example both authorities have worked on Earls Court.”
