Planning Matters was developed by the Royal Town Planning Institute to help professionals to develop their knowledge and careers. Downloadable modules cover a variety of planning as well as general management and business topics.

Regional Centres of Excellence

Regional centres of excellence were proposed in the government's Urban White Paper in 2000 as a means of building skills in the regeneration sector. The centres act as a resource for the public, private and voluntary sectors, raise standards and fill gaps in training provision.
