Increasing demand from commercial and residential sectors has prompted a national property consultancy to promote 21 staff.
Ten of the promotions at Bidwells are at partner level and include planner David Bainbridge (pictured) who has gone from divisional partner to group partner and is primarily based in Milton Keynes.
He told Planning: “There's increasing commercial activity and more speculative development.
“Residential is also a big area of growth: there is such an under-provision of land with permissions against a backdrop of shortages of development.”
Planners Neil Waterson, Guy Kaddish, and James Alflatt, have been made divisional partners and Chloe French an associate.
Bidwells employs almost 500 people in 12 offices in England and Scotland.
