Consultancy boosts planning team with senior appointment

Development and infrastructure consultancy Peter Brett Associates LLP has appointed Carol Clarke as a senior associate in its Manchester office.

The planner joins from the strategic land team at Gladman Developments and is a past vice chairman of Women in Property North West.

Clarke is a specialist in residential planning, major business and industrial parks, retail developments, sports facilities, hotels, leisure developments and school expansions.  

Director and head of the company's Manchester office Bernard Greep told Planning: "Our Manchester office is growing and Carol will help to service our expanding portfolio of multidisciplinary work."
