Consultancy appoints new assistant planner

Planning consultancy PWA Planning has appointed a new assistant planner.

Alex Hinchly leaves her role as a development surveyor at housebuilder Castleoak.

PWA Planning said that in her new role, Hinchly will assist the team on town planning matters including pre-planning application statements, planning applications and appeals.

Hinchly is studying towards a masters degree in urban planning at Sheffield Hallam University, and is a student member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.

Stella Walton, director of PWA Planning, said: “Developing people is something that it is very important to us, and we’re thrilled Alex has joined the team and will be undertaking further study and qualifications with us.”
