Consultancy appoints associate director and planner

Planning consultancy Maddox Planning has appointed two chartered planners, including a new associate director.
Lucy Howes joins Maddox Planning as an associate director, leaving planning consultancy Iceni Projects.
Howes spent more than seven years with Iceni Projects, including more than two years as an associate planner.
She has a master’s degree in development planning from Henley Business School at the University of Reading.
Maddox Planning said that in her new role, Howes will lead on a number of urban regeneration projects in London.
Ben Anderson also joins the consultancy as a planner in London, having just completed a degree in urban studies and planning at The University of Sheffield.
Maddox Planning said that in his new role, Anderson will assist on a wide range of planning applications and development plan work across the country.
