Consultancy announces two new partners among ten promotions

Planning consultancy David Lock Associates has announced a series of senior promotions and recruited two graduate planners to its team in Milton Keynes.

The consultancy has promoted senior associate planners Helen Armes and Francesca Parmenter to partner, while associate planners Peter Chambers, Tom Kimber, Adam Davies and Harry Jones have been promoted to senior associate planners.

In addition, planners Gaby Medforth, Matt Hewitt, Colette Portway and Rukaiya Umaru are now senior planners.

The consultancy has also recruited two assistant planners: Ben Moye, who achieved a degree in geography and urban and regional planning from the University of Birmingham, and Aya Mohamed, who achieved a master’s degree in urban studies and planning from the University of Sheffield.
