Colliers snaps up duo for planning team

Property consultancy Colliers International has expanded its UK planning team after appointing two new faces.

Adrian Walker joins the firm as associate director from London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC), where he was planning manager.

He is joined by planner Leigh Thomas who joins from consultancy Planning Potential.

Jonathan Manns, director of planning at Colliers said that the appointments were aimed at strengthening the firm’s expertise in the London market and extending its planning consultancy work.

Prior to joining LLDC, Walker served as a planning officer at three London boroughs - Tower Hamlets, Wandsworth and Newham.

He has a master’s degree in town and country planning from the University of West of England.

Thomas joined Planning Potential in 2013 after completing an MPlan in planning at the University of Manchester.
