Colliers International appoints senior planner at its Manchester office

Property agency and consultancy Colliers International has appointed Miranda Steadman as senior planner in the planning and development team at its Manchester office.

Steadman previously spent a year as a senior planner at multi-disciplinary consultancy Atkins where she worked on mostly residential and mixed-use projects.

Prior to joining Atkins she was a senior planner for over six years at agent and consultancy CBRE, and started her career as a planner at Barnsley council.

She holds a postgraduate diploma in town and regional planning and a BAHons in urban studies with planning, both from the University of Sheffield.

Colliers also announced that it had appointed Jonathan Edwards as a graduate planning and development surveyor.

Edwards previously worked for three years at Rory Mack & Associates in Newcastle-under-Lyme after taking a master’s degree in planning and development at the University of Sheffield.
