Cohen takes new position at Nexus in Manchester

Planning and regeneration consultancy Nexus Planning has appointed Rosanna Cohen as a planner in its Manchester office.  

Cohen joins the firm from NHS Property Services where she was a graduate planner.

She will initially work on a new commissions from the government’s Advisory Team for Large Applications to assist in delivering large scale planning applications and housing zone projects.

In addition, she will work on planning applications in Rochdale, Oldham and Ellesmere Port for housebuilder Countryside Properties.

Peter Tooher, head of planning at Nexus’ Manchester office said that the appointment is part of a growth strategy across the company’s three offices.

Prior to working at NHS Property Services, Cohen was part of the planning team at consultancy White Peak Planning in Didsbury, Manchester.

She has master’s degree in planning from University of Manchester and a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from University of Nottingham.
