Chloe Clark Property consultancy Savills has promoted senior planner Chloë Clark to associate.

The promotion is one of six across the firm's Bristol office, as it looks to capitalise on new business opportunities in the south west of England.

Clark joined the firm in 2013 from Cheltenham consultancy Hunter Page Planning, where she was a senior planner.

She has experience working on residential and commercial development projects, urban regeneration and rural conversion schemes for housebuilders, developers and private landowners.

Other previous roles include spells as a planning assistant at Moseley Community Development Trust and at consultancy Stoneleigh Planning.

She graduated in 2009 with a master’s degree in urban and regional planning from the University of Birmingham, after gaining a bachelor’s degree in city and regional planning from Oxford Brookes University.
