Churchill boosts in-house planning team

Developer Churchill Retirement Living has boosted its in-house planning team, Planning Issues Ltd, with two new appointments. 

Stuart Goodwill has been appointed as managing director, and Matt Shellum as head of appeals and affordable housing in the Planning Issues Ltd team. 

Goodwill joins from Barratt Homes, where he was head of planning. Shellum joins from McCarthy and Stone.
