CDN expands to meet demand in renewables and commercial sectors

Consultancy CDN Planning has expanded to take on increasing workloads across the board, especially the renewables and commercial sectors.

The Swansea-based practice has appointed Matthew Gray as senior planner.

He joined from Blue Sky Planning to strengthen core services in retail and commercial planning. 

Gray, who will work alongside directors Graham Carlisle and Kedrick Davies, told Planning: "Politically, renewables are coming centre stage and have become more of a priority for the government. It's important for planners to respond.

“More generally everybody is noticing the upturn, especially in commercial work and, though it will take a bit longer to trickle down from London, the feelings are positive.”
