CBRE appoints senior planning director

Property firm CBRE has appointed Sarah Stevens as a senior director in its UK planning team, based in London.

According to CBRE, Stevens joins from consultancy Turley and specialises in town and city centre regeneration projects, as well as large-scale residential-led schemes.

CBRE said that she has worked on some of the UK’s biggest regeneration schemes, including securing hybrid planning permission for the London Borough of Croydon for the seven-hectare Fair Field site near East Croydon station.

Jon Stoddart, head of the London planning team, said: “Sarah is a specialist in regeneration projects who will be a real asset to our fully integrated development offering. We are delighted to welcome Sarah to the firm as we continue to grow our mandates, both in London and across the UK.”
