CBRE appoints Jenkinson as national planning chief

Iain Jenkinson, CBREProperty consultancy CBRE has appointed Iain Jenkinson as head of national planning.

Jenkinson has been at the firm since 2015 in a senior director role.

He will help oversee the growth of the planning team in association with Jonathan Stoddart, who has been promoted to head of London planning.

Based in Manchester, Jenkinson, a chartered planner, will lead the team’s strategic planning function as well as overseeing development advisory services.
Prior to joining CBRE, he was senior director at consultancy GVA and has a master’s degree in town planning from the University of Manchester.

Stoddart, based in the London West End office, has been at the firm for more than eight years.

In addition, CBRE has appointed Will Lingard as a senior director in the London planning team, and will arrive from his current role at rival Turley in June.
