Property consultancy Carter Jonas has appointed a new minerals and waste planning partner.
David Sandbrook is a chartered surveyor and chartered planner who was previously a Partner at consultancy GVA and a director at consultancy LR Consulting in the UK.
He is based at the firm’s Birmingham office.
