Build-to-rent firm appoints planner as development manager

Build-to-rent specialist Packaged Living has appointed a new development manager to lead on its schemes in Manchester.

Peter Rowe has left his previous role as associate director in the Manchester office at planning consultancy Turley and joins Packaged Living with more than 15 years of experience in town planning.

Rowe has also worked as a senior planner at consultancy Atkins, a senior town planner at consultancy Martin Robeson Planning Practice, and a planning officer at South Gloucestershire Council.
