Bradshaw to lead on residential planning at WYG Manchester

Andrew Bradshaw has been appointed to the Manchester office of planning consultancy WYG.

Bradshaw joins the firm as a director from Barratt Partnerships, where he was senior project manager and planning and design champion.

A chartered planner, he will lead the residential planning team in the Manchester office, promoting sites for residential development and advising clients.

Prior to joining Barratt, Bradshaw ran his own consultancy, Cre8 Planning, which provided advice on the localism agenda to the development industry.

He has also worked as a director at development and investment company URBO Regeneration, at regeneration surveying firm AGD Regeneration, associate director at consultancy DTZ, and as principal planner at consultancy Scott Wilson.

He has a master’s degree in town planning from University of Manchester and a bachelor’s in geography from Kent University.
