Boyer expands to focus on housing and economics

A planning consultancy has expanded the team in its Cardiff office by appointing Owen Francis as associate director. 

Francis (pictured) joined Boyer from WYG where he rose from assistant planner to associate. As associate director he will focus on working with key clients in Wales and West of England. 

Francis will also help promote Boyer’s expanding development economics services to the area, with an emphasis on retail. 

Head of Boyer Cardiff Owen Jones told Planning: “With the impending election creating an even bigger focus on housing and economic growth we expect to see an increase in key clients requiring help with their development.”
