Boyer appoints senior planner

Consultancy Boyer has appointed a senior planner at the firm’s Wokingham office.

Vanessa Rowell joins from Wokingham Borough Council.

While at the borough, Rowell sat on the steering group for several of the authority’s development needs assessments, including the Berkshire Strategic Housing Market Assessment.
