Planner to head BNP Paribas Real Estate’s residential advisory business
Planner Anthony Lee (pictured right) is to jointly lead property firm BNP Paribas Real Estate’s residential advisory business.
Lee, a senior director at the company where has has worked for 15 years, will lead the residential consultancy business alongside Steve Cooper (pictured right), who focuses on the agency side including land sales and acquisitions.
Lee, a chartered surveyor and planner, will continue in his current role as head of viability, advising private and public sector clients on affordable housing advice, including financial appraisal, valuation and planning negotiations.
He will gain the new responsibility for extending the advice currently offered to include “the whole of the lifecycle of a site, from buying it to permission,” he said.
The two new heads will formulate a strategy for developing the business that could, potentially, include the creation of new planning roles in the future, according to Lee.
