Bidwells appoints planning partner

Property consultancy Bidwells has appointed a new partner in its London planning team.

Anna Rogers will advise on planning and political strategies for complex projects, negotiate detailed section 106 agreements, and has expertise in health, hotels, offices, leisure and residential sectors.

Mike Derbyshire, head of planning at Bidwells, said: “Anna has an outstanding record of successful delivery which, together with her proven negotiating skills, will enhance our existing track record of delivering viable schemes for our clients and expand our London office.”

Rogers gained a bachelors degree in city and regional planning from Cardiff University, followed by a masters in urban planning from the University of Westminster.
