Bidwells appoints additional partner

Bidwells has strengthened its planning team in Chelmsford by appointing a practice partner with more than 20 years’ experience.

Lisa Skinner has worked in residential, commercial, mixed-use, educational and community-use projects and is a former employee at Andrew Martin Associates, now Capita Symonds.

Regional office partner Andy Blackwell said: "Lisa is a very experienced planner with a real breadth of knowledge across so many key areas. She is going to play a pivotal role at Bidwells."

Skinner said: “My specialities include advising clients on how to improve the value of their assets by developing planning strategies, as well as planning law and enforcement work, appeal work and submission of planning applications."

The Chelmsford planning team was recently named as finalist in two categories for the national Royal Town Planning Institute planning excellence awards.
