Consultancy Bidwells has announced four new recruits and four senior promotions.

Planner, Kennedy Durrant, joins Bidwells’ Cambridge team from consultancy Strutt and Parker alongside fellow planner, John Dudding, who arrives in Cambridge from consultancy Code Development Planners.

Senior planner, Anna Murray, joins Bidwells’ London office from Runnymede Council, as does Natalie Rowland, also a senior planner, who joins from Sevenoaks Council.

Bidwells has also made promotions within its senior team.

Guy Kaddish was appointed head of Cambridge planning; Sam Metson is now head of specialist services; and Chris Surfleet has been appointed head of heritage and urban design studio. All three are based in Cambridge.

Elsewhere, Paul Willmott (pictured) is now divisional managing partner and head of London planning. Further afield, Mark Myles joins Bidwells as the head of planning in Scotland, based in the firm’s Perth office.
