Property and business firm Berrys has appointed Peter Miller as planning consultant.
The company said it had made the appointment as it is expanding its operation in Northwich, Cheshire to take on the extra workloads.
“The government's relaxation of rules for converting redundant farm buildings into housing is creating work and there are also projects for anaerobic digestion and solar farms coming on stream,” said Miller.
Berrys’ partner Graham Bowcock said: “The demand for planning services is increasing in Cheshire and Peter is helping clients with residential planning applications, renewable installations and agricultural developments.”
