Bell Cornwell opens Cornwall office

Planning consultancy Bell Cornwell has opened a new office near Bodmin in Cornwall. The office is based in Victoria and will be led by partner Iestyn John and associate Dan Rogers.

The firm – which already practises across Cornwall and Devon – says it aims to build on its existing client base from the new office.

Bell Cornwell associate, Dan Rogers, said: “Cornwall is an incredibly diverse county with huge environmental sensitivity.

“This presents a wide range of planning issues from the need to regenerate former industrial areas and communities to accommodating and managing the demand for growth in the county’s most sensitive landscapes, such as areas of outstanding natural beauty and heritage coast locations.”
