Bell Cornwell appoints senior principal planner

Consultancy Bell Cornwell had appointed Matt Taylor as senior principal planner in its head office at Hook in Hampshire.
According to the firm, Taylor has ten years’ experience in planning and previously worked for JSA Architects as an associate and planning team manager.
