Barton Willmore appoints planning associate

Julian Moat has joined consultancy Barton Willmore as a planning associate.
He joins from Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council where he has worked for twelve years as senior planning officer and area planning officer.
Moat, who has also worked at Kent County Council, will be based at Barton Willmore’s Ebbsfleet office.
