Consultancy Barton Willmore has announced three new appointments at its Cambridge office.

The firm has appointed Melissa Reynolds and Lisa Hall as planning associates, and Andrew Winter as a senior planner.

Reynolds moves from property firm Strutt & Parker where she was an associate director - town planner. Hall joins from consultancy Bidwells in Cambridge. Winter moves from South Cambridgeshire District Council where he was lead officer on the new town at Waterbeach, a 10,000-home site located north of Cambridge.

Meanwhile, the firm has also announced the appointment of two new partners from within the organisation.

From the start of October, planning directors Justin Kenworthy and Nick Paterson-Neild have joined the existing 19 partners at the practice.
