Avison Young names Rigby as development principal

Property firm Avison Young has named Nicola Rigby as one of a raft of employees to be appointed as a UK principal.

Rigby, a director in the firm’s Manchester-based development and regeneration team, is one of 13 of the Avison Young senior management team to be named principal.

The firm said that principals are “industry leaders who exemplify the firm’s partnership structure, collaborative culture and client-centric business model”.
