Armstrong to head up new Mosaic Town Planning Liverpool office

Consultancy Mosaic Town Planning has announced that director Leon Armstrong is to head up its new branch in Liverpool.
The new office will open at the Plaza (pictured) on Old Hall Street on 3 August, the firm said.
Armstrong studied planning in the city. Alongside his time at Mosaic, he has also worked at consultancy Bidwells.
