WYG has strengthened its planning team with two senior appointments.

The recruits to the London planning team were prompted by growing workloads and increasing developer confidence in London and the south east.

Alec Arrol joined from Savills as an associate director and specialises in residential, commercial and water-infrastructure sectors.

Peggy Hui joined from from CgMs as an associate and has experience in retail, commercial and mixed-use development schemes.

WYG head of planning for the London office, Christopher Tennant, told Planning: “The appointment of Alec and Peggy expands our capacity to provide planning advice in a number of key growth sectors in both the public and private sectors.”
