Intelligent Plans and Examinations appoints Hogger

Consultancy Intelligent Plans and Examinations (IPE) has appointed former planning inspector David Hogger.
According to the firm, while he was an inspector Hogger examined more than 20 local plans and other development plan documents, including Minor Alterations to the London Plan.
Prior to becoming an inspector, Hogger worked for four local planning authorities in the south and west.
IPE is based in Bath (pictured).
