Town Planner - Cardiff - Planning & Development

Penguin Recruitment are seeking a Town Planner in Cardiff to join an established Planning & Development consultancy to support the growth of their existing planning division in South Wales.

Requirements:

• Educated to Masters degree level in Town Planning or associated subject
• Hold a minimum of 1 year private or public sector planning experience
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Hold an up to date working knowledge of the Town Planning system

You will join the existing team based in Cardiff and provide your expert understanding of planning requirements across a range of development projects. The role will offer you an excellent platform to further progress your technical knowledge of Town Planning and expose you to an array of disciplines including urban regeneration, community engagement, retail, planning applications and appeals.
