Town Planning Associate Required!





Title: Associate Town Planner





Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 + Full Benefits





Location: Leeds

Penguin Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a specialist Town Planning Consultancy who have recently taken on a Senior Town Planner and are now looking for an Associate Town Planner to complete the team. You will have a proven track record in working on projects around the North of England as well as being a full MRTPI member.





Working for a private consultancy you will have experience in a wide range of projects including getting involved in business development and will have mentored and managed a team on projects from inception through to completion.





The position will offer flexibility for you to run the work with minimal direction as well as being the primary point of contact to the client. You will work in an existing planning team with various levels of experience, therefore will be required to keep an eye on the planning applications and reports being done but will also be able to delegate tasks to other colleagues.





Candidates with a wide range of planning sector experience such as Retail, Town Centre, Residential and Mix-Use as well as an understanding of the current environmental issues affecting projects in the North would be ideal.
