We are looking for enterprising and commercially astute Senior Planner to join our Manchester and Leeds offices, to help with the realisation of our ambitions.

Both offices are long established and embedded in their city and regional markets. Our northern team works flexibly and seamlessly across the north, serving our clients by specialism and experience.

Our people are engaged co-owners of our company. We have a range of complementary services, including economics, sustainability, design, heritage and engagement, which provides a comprehensive place-shaping offer for our clients and a diverse and stimulating working environment.

We seek candidates with private or public sector experience in planning and development, as well as experience in engaging with clients, consultants and other stakeholders. You will be experienced in leading on a range of local projects and proactively supporting delivery on more major projects.
